Full name, email address, WhatsApp number, travel date, number of travelers and the content of messages you send through our forms.

2. Use of Data

We use your data to manage and confirm your bookings, respond by WhatsApp and email, and —if you subscribe— send you our newsletter. We never sell your data to third parties.

3. Storage and Security

Your data is processed and stored on secure platforms (Vercel, Resend, Supabase). We apply technical and organizational measures to protect it, including encryption in transit and access control.

4. Cookies and Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel to measure site usage and improve our services. These tools may set cookies; you can disable them in your browser without affecting site functionality.

5. Third-Party Services

Email delivery is handled by Resend, images and content may be hosted on Supabase, and the site is served by Vercel. Each provider acts as a data processor under its own policy.

6. Your Rights

You can request access, rectification or deletion of your data by writing to us by email or WhatsApp. We will respond within 15 business days.
